We have an opportunity for a Work Winning Manager to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor, based in Lincolnshire . Salary: £55,000 - £65,000pa Car, Bonus & Benefits We require someone with a good overall knowledge of the UK highway / civil engineering sector, particularly around public realm projects, road surfacing and minor improvements, traffic management and small-to-medium civil engineering works. The scope of the role will be to identify upcoming projects, and, using your market expertise and broad understanding of the wider civil engineering / highways sector, determine whether it's advisable to submit a tender for the project. Once a suitable tender opportunity has been identified, you will work with the estimating team to develop a bid strategy, and manage all interactions between the company the prospective client. This role will ideally suit someone with some exposure or experience in B usiness Development, Work Winning or Estimating.
