Finance Business Partner 18 Month Contract

What You'll Do: Partner with senior leaders, offering financial and strategic insights to influence decision-making and performance management. Analyze P&L performance, KPIs, and trends to uncover opportunities for margin improvement and efficiency. Create and present high-quality, actionable management information to support business goals. Shape the future of our finance department through commercial innovation and strategic leadership. Lead monthly reviews of financial performance and prepare insightful KPI and operational reports. What We're Looking For: Qualified/Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or a solid mix of professional qualifications and financial experience. Advanced Excel skills (Power Query and Power Pivot) and experience with Power BI. A proven history of success as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within a large-scale, people-focused organization. Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into meaningful, simple insights. Strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail and analytical expertise.
