Project Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing the leading nationwide Housing Association to recruit a permanent Project Surveyor. This role offers £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (car allowance included) and mileage with flexible and agile working. The organisation offers excellent benefits including 25 days holiday (plus UK bank Holidays). Project Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Role: To support the Project Manager, by assisting in the effective delivery of planned works, energy efficiency, capital investment and cyclical maintenance projects and programmes To undertake property surveys and contribute to the specification of works required in relation to (but not limited to) major construction projects, investment programmes, reactive maintenance To ensure that quality and value for money are always prioritised as part of the investment, energy efficiency and responsive maintenance services To diligently contribute to the updating of completed investment works that are required to be updated accurately into the asset management database. To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved through the delivery of quality asset management services Project Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need: Strong experience in the delivery of planned works Experience of working within a similar role in for a social housing provider or local authority would be desirable Hold relevant qualifications in the field of construction & the built environment (MCIOB, MRICS, HNC, HND, BSc etc)
