Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company with its Head Office / Customer Contact Centre based in Cardiff but also has local regional operational offices in Swansea , Bristol , Southampton and Devon / Cornwall We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair service to a variety of customers ranging from Blue Chip Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households. Due to the award of new contracts we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time served well experienced ROOFER / MULTI-SKILLED Tradesman to be based in and around the CARDIFF / SOUTH WALES area. The successful applicant must possess the following skills. Excellent trade knowledge of roofing work on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Repair Works Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled ability Possess a can do attitude Good time keeping An ability to work on own initiative Good communicator Available on a rota basis for emergency out of hours call outs work Good administration skills IT skills use of hand held device In return we offer: Excellent salary / hourly Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours payment per week There is usually overtime of 5 10 hours per week but this is not guaranteed Emergency out of hours call outs at enhanced rates working on a rota basis 28 days annual paid holidays Pension scheme in operation Free issue of company uniform Mobile Phone Company van Fuel card Secure employment with a reputable company which has been operating for over 37 years Working for a company which still has family values at its core ADZN1_UKTJ
