Electrical Engineer

We are seeking two skilled Electrical Engineers to join a local authority team on a temporary basis. This role involves delivering electrical design works across the capital programme, including projects within the commercial estate, corporate estate, and housing client areas. Location: Hull, HU1 Contract Type: Temporary Start Date: Monday, 20th January 2025 End Date: Friday, 27th June 2025 Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (37 hours per week) Pay Rate: £26.20 per hour Key Responsibilities: Developing and managing electrical design works for various projects within the capital programme. Providing technical support and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborating with stakeholders across commercial, corporate, and housing sectors to deliver high-quality solutions. Work Arrangements: You will be based in the office for the first three months. After three months, there will be flexibility for some home working. Candidate Requirements: Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field. Experience in electrical design, particularly within the commercial, corporate, or housing sectors. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
