Part Time Asset Assistant

Position: Asset Assistant Salary: £16,704 – £18,261 (for 17.5 hours per week) Contract: Permanent Part-Time Post – Job Share Closing Date: 12 noon 6th February 2025 Hours: 17.5 per week, working pattern to be agreed Location: Cumnock, East Ayrshire Shire Housing Association is a progressive housing association based in Cumnock, East Ayrshire. We own and manage almost 1,000 homes across East Ayrshire and provide estate maintenance services to around 900 owners. We now have an opportunity for a highly motivated Asset Assistant to join our accredited Customer Service Excellence Team to help us deliver Great Homes and Great Service to our tenants and stakeholders. Working with our Asset Team, you will operate as a member of a friendly and professional team in delivery of Planned, Cyclical, Compliance and Asset Management services. You should have strong communication skills, a good work ethic, computer literacy and experience of working with customers and contractors in the delivery of a first-class service. Applicants should ideally have relevant experience, and an associated qualification related to the role on offer. Experience of working in a Housing Association environment is desirable, but not essential.
