Visiting high profile construction project sites in and around the Midlands region. Focus: carrying out site surveys to assess flooring needs, measuring & recording moisture. Monday to Friday 7am-4.30pm Typical Duties will include: Conduct on-site inspections to assess flooring needs and conditions. Place, measure and record accurate moisture readings. Consult with clients to understand their requirements. Assist in preparing survey reports. Ensure all measurements adhere to safety, building, and industry standards. The successful candidate: Relevant experience in flooring, surveying, or a related field. Familiarity with a range of flooring materials, including subfloor preparation, wood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet. Knowledge of relevant building regulations, specifically related to the installation of flooring. Attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications. Full driving licence.
