An independent, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Warrington is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team. The Quantity Surveyors' role With a proud heritage rooted in traditional Chartered Quantity Surveying, this consultancy has earned a strong reputation for delivering excellence and building lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients. As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will contribute to an exciting mix of bespoke projects spanning multiple sectors, including healthcare and NHS, local authority, education, commercial, industrial, blue light, housing, and defence. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee these projects through all stages, from initial design and procurement to construction and final account settlement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful developments alongside a trusted client base, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
