Senior Project Manager Building Consultancy

I'm currently working in partnership with a building consultancy supporting them with the crucial hire of both a Senior Project Manager to be a vital part of their Project & Programme Services team to work across exciting and prestigious projects. £60,000 - £65,000 per annum £5,000 car allowance bonus 2-3 days per week onsite/ office, 2-3 days home working hybrid modelLocation: Oxford office, with travel to sites across Oxford Key: You will be working on projects ranging from £1m to £50m, across a variety of high-profile clients in the education, commercial, infrastructure and public sector. Provide high quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle. Be client main contact and advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues. Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders. Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc. Experience: Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team. Experience of both pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively The aptitude to liaise with clients and key stakeholders whilst managing expectations. The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle. Hold or be working towards RICS Chartership or a similar Project Management Qualification (e.g. CIOB or APM). NEC3/NEC4 accreditation or experience would be a plus and experience of working with or with a PMO environment would be desirable. Baseline Security Clearance due to nature of the clients????
