Electrical Project Manager Kent Based £50 - £62K Car Bonus Incentives My client is a leading M&E contractor seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join the team in a permanent role. Specialising in commercial and industrial MEP installations, predominantly carrying out electrical design, installation and commissioning. They offer a range of services including building, electrical, plumbing and maintenance, working on unique commercial and industrial projects. Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards Manage the preparation of project plans, risk assessments and health and safety documentation Develop and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective project management Plan and monitor project resources, including labour, materials and equipment Lead and mentor project teams Identify and analyse any project issues and develop solutions to ensure project success Organise and lead electrical projects from concept to completion Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of jobs Manage budgets, resources and personnel to ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Monitor progress and provide regular updates. Report project progress to senior management Electrical Project Manager Requirements: ECS 18th Edition Gold Card Full UK Driving licence Background in Commercial/Industrial Electrical Installation and Electrical Control Systems Ability to understand electrical specifications, schematics, drawings, block cable diagrams, BoQ's, BoM's with a good understanding of electrical standards Ability to complete Tender submissions and complete PQQ's to a high standard High attention to detail and strong business acumen's to understanding project costs Excellent IT Skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Willing to develop and learn new skills with on and off the job training Electrical Project Manager Package: Company car, mobile phone and fuel card Up to 10% annual performance-based bonus New business introduction incentive On and off the job training depending on skills and qualifications Opportunity to work on unique commercial and industrial projects This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business and to work on unique commercial and industrial projects.
