PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PLANNER

The resource will be placed within the company and will be responsible for: Understanding of project deliverables; Creation of project baseline in execution phase; Preparation of planning and control documents in accordance with project requirements (Milestones Plan, Project Summary Schedules, 90-day Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Detailed Schedule) Hourly resource and revenue allocation, productivity analysis; Re-planning and drafting action plan/mitigation plan; Drafting monthly progress reporting, visualization via dashboard, S-Curve creation; Periodic site inspections and meetings (mainly Milan); REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction or architecture Experience in general contracting, EPC contracting or engineering firms/companies Good knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Strong motivation to fit into a dynamic environment Knowledge of risk management techniques is a plus A salary and position commensurate with experience is offered as well as a work environment that will ensure strong professional growth.
