Who are we looking for? We are looking for a permanent and full-time highly motivated Account Manager to work primarily in the Northern Italy area. The Account Manager will support the Business Manager in operational areas, providing the best technical and service solutions while developing long-term partnerships. This position is located in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy. What will you be doing? Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, including technical support. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Prepare reports on account status. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Who are You? Minimum qualification requirement: Diploma of Chemistry. This is an outside sales position. Travel is required. A strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required. A good knowledge of office package is preferrable. What competencies will you need? Experience in a similar technical or sales role, ideally with the LMS manufacturing product range. Technical experience with an applicator is also a good reference. Strong ability to build relationships and leverage customer and internal relationships. Possess a professional, positive attitude and be a good team player. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of specific products to apply in anodizing plant: different type of etching, anodic parameters, coloring and sealing. Knowledge of products to apply in vertical and coating plant: alkaline and acid etching, passivation and conversion coating. Experience to use technical apparatus to check the plant parameters and finish products. Support the customer to check the analysis of each bath, plan and organize the visit to optimize the time. Management and negotiation of key relationships with assigned and targeted accounts to aid the growth and capture of new business. Assisting with sales cycle and customer approvals at the OEM level for anodize and conversion coating approvals/installation. We are Offering You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -15:30 with half an hour of morning (8:30 -9:00) flexibility guaranteed.
