Job Description

Internship - Legal and Compliance Department - General Counsel Company Information: Iveco Group (IVG) is a global automotive leader active in the Commercial & Specialty Vehicles, Powertrain, and related Financial Services arenas. Duties and Responsibilities: Support with the Group’s internal legal subdepartments and external lawyers; Conduct legal research and analysis; Draft legal documents such as memos, reports, presentations, and contracts; Be exposed to a variety of legal issues in various EU and extra-EU jurisdictions; Assist in the gradual contract standardization and the design and creation of new approval workflows, as well as the release of approved templates & clauses; Help define and manage business best practices and procedures’ documentation; Play an active role in the daily activities of an international in-house legal team and interact with the business from day one. Qualifications: Law Degree; Highly organized, detail-oriented, precise, responsible, and flexible; Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle high levels of uncertainty; Passion for legal work in a truly international atmosphere; Proficiency with MS Office tools; Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills (such as French) are a plus; Experience in antitrust and/or EU law is a plus; Knowledge of Iveco Group and its business is a plus.
