Technical/Data Analyst Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Onsite) 6-month contract Job ID 25-09428 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious health insurance company, in their search for a Technical/Data Analyst. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Onsite). The Technical Analyst III serves as the requirements project lead, working with the solutions architects, developers, business owners, and stakeholders on all domains. The position is responsible for providing key client relationship management for the projects and is accountable for consulting with the businesses to understand their business goals and objectives, processes, and requirements. Additionally, the incumbent will lead small to medium projects, mentor other Technical Analysts, represent the department manager, coordinate design sessions, create process/data flow diagrams, and document project efforts. The Technical Analyst III will function as a liaison between the developmental team and business owners as they collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design, from which applications and solutions are developed. In addition to developing functional requirements and specifications, the Technical Analyst III will also be responsible for guiding the day-to-day activities of the other Technical Analysts, both staff and contractors. Qualification: Minimum of 5-7 years of Technical/Data/System Analyst experience. Must be very strong with SQL. Prior healthcare insurance payer experience. Hands-on experience working with enterprise warehouse and OLTP databases. Must be experienced with one or more of the Health Care systems below:QNXT CCA QNXT UM EDIFECS They should be fully familiar with both UI (front end) and Backend. No exceptions. Must be very strong with SQL, Technical documentation, creating architecture diagrams and process flows. Responsibilities : Lead, plan, and coordinate Technical Analyst activities within the department. Support large complex projects and /or multiple smaller projects. Liaison between I.S. Business Solutions developmental team and business clients gathering and defining requirements. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus, to work towards accomplishing goals and objectives. Coordinate JAD (design) sessions with business units, I.T. developers, and QA resources. Mentor, coach, and develop staff to meet and exceed performance expectations. Create and modify analytical documents to support the engineering team including flow charts and functional decompositions. Provide clarification of requirements to other project team members to assist in the creation of specific project deliverables. Provide analytical support to drive project decisions and production support as needed. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $60/hour to $65/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
