Logistics Operator Location: West London Salary: Competitive Clearance: British Passport required to start About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Operator to join our dynamic team in West London. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for receive deliveries from suppliers and other sources, verify the goods are correct, and accurately record them in the system, ensuring the goods match the paperwork. Key Responsibilities: Decant goods if needed. Create labels for each package and move to the next step. Scan documents to maintain a digital record. Notify recipients of incoming goods and arrange collection. Store receipts in the correct location and update system. Pick and prepare orders, ensuring stock accuracy and timely production. Perform daily inventory cycle counts and submit adjustments for finance approval. Coordinate with stores lead to manage offsite stock. Load/unload vehicles when qualified to ensure efficient deliveries. Pack deliveries to contract standards and report dimensions/weights to commercial team. Pick, pack, and dispatch items while following all procedures. Handle queries from various departments related to stores. Support goods in, dispatch, and stores operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately. Perform daily forklift checks and document findings.
