Banksman

The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for A Banksman to join our clients Recycling facility based in the Neath area. Rate of pay: £11.50ph for the first 40 hours then time and third for all hours worked thereafter which is £15.30ph. (Overtime available on a Saturday and if a full shift worked then you will receive a £50 bonus on top.) Basic rate can be reviewed depending on experience Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 6.30am-4.30pm Daily Contract: Temporary to permanent role subject to passing probation period.Duties:- Responsible for directing the movement of vehicles around the site Recommending and laying out safe, on-site traffic systems Providing clear, correct and safe directions to plant operators Communicating with drivers and plant operators verbally and by radio and/or industry standard hand signals Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance Adhering to health and safety rules and regulations Experience Required:- Previous banksman experience ideally Ideally you will drive due to the location.If you feel you have the right skills for the above role, please submit your CV for immediate response.
