The role will be based in the Coventry Office (minimum two days per week) and includes a hybrid working model with the ability to work from home. This role is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week but we are open to discuss more flexible options. Deliver recruitment administration support through advertising roles, setting up interviews, conducting online assessment tests. Manage end to end onboarding process, performing the necessary regulatory and legal checks in the timely manner (references, DBS, right to work) Produce HR written documentation including employment contracts, letters, and other correspondence Accurately process and audit monthly payroll administration Keep the HRIS (elementsuite) up to date, processing changes in a timely manner Produce reports and other information required in line with People Services Key Performance Indicators and Compliance. Provide managers and employees with up-to-date advice on existing policies and procedures. Support employee relations meetings through taking professional and accurate notes. Provide administrative support to ad-hoc projects and key HR events such as pay review, job evaluation About you At least 2 years experience of working in a busy, fast paced HR Administration role You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent Excellent working knowledge of HR administration processes across the complete employee lifecycle, including an understanding of Employment law and HR policies and procedures. Ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple tasks at the same time Excellent attention to detail and initiative including a right first-time mentality Confident and professional communication skills with an approachable nature A continuous improvement mindset Previous experience of payroll administration desirable Fully proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and experience of using HR information systems Please copy and paste this link into your browser to view the full job description.
