About the role: We are looking for a relief Emergency Responder to join ourfriendly team in Crewe. As an Emergency Responder youll provide a high quality andcustomer focused response service to meet the needs of residents within ourExtra care scheme in Crewe. This will include performing occasional receptionduties within the scheme and supporting the housing management team duringemergency situations, including the evacuation of the premises. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, Day shifts(08.00-15.15) , Late shifts (15.00- 22.15) and Night shifts (22.00- 08.15). We will require experience within the care sector or asimilar position but most importantly you will need to have a compassionate andcaring nature and be committed to making a real difference to our customerslives. We are looking for caring individuals who will listen andrespond to our customer's needs by assisting them to live as independently,happily and healthily as possible. We are looking for a motivated individual who: Has good communication skills, both verbal and written. Has experience within the care sector or a similar position. Is computer literate.
