Development Manager

Your leadership will be crucial in steering projects towards success. Key Responsibilities: Chair bid launch, design team, and planning stage meetings to establish accountabilities. Negotiate and agree on Heads of Terms for land purchases. Lead the land purchase contract when required. Prepare initial programmes to ensure project readiness. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in residential new builds in both private sale and social housing markets. Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading meetings and presenting to clients and senior leadership. A degree qualification and/or professional membership in Development or Chartered Surveying is essential.
