Solution Design Engineer Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Permanent MTM Base & SOL certification beneficial AutoCAD & SAP experience preferred The Role ISQ Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for a Solution Design Engineer in Wolverhampton. This role is key to designing, improving, and optimising warehouse and logistics solutions , ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You'll work on warehouse design projects, process improvements, and system analysis , collaborating with multiple teams to develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement warehouse and logistics solutions tailored to client needs. Manage warehouse design projects , from planning to execution. Use AutoCAD to create layout designs and optimise space utilisation. Conduct MTM-based process calculations to improve efficiency. Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop manual and automated solutions . Assist with SAP system flow and integration where required. Prepare costing models, proposals, and presentations for new projects. Provide support for business development and operational teams . What We're Looking For Essential: MTM Base & SOL experience , or a strong analytical/logistics background. AutoCAD proficiency for warehouse and layout designs. Strong numerical and analytical skills for process optimisation. Experience in leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders . Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset. Desirable: SAP experience in logistics and warehouse operations. Previous exposure to data analysis and process optimisation .
