You’ll work closely with a dedicated and collaborative team, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality, and fostering excellent relationships with stakeholders What You’ll Need Experience: Proven track record managing residential projects from demolition through to completion. Qualifications: SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 in construction management are essential. Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
