This package of works if for a community based leisure facility rather than housing so applications are welcomes from amore general contracting background. Providing full support to the Senior Manager, you'll be involved in co-ordinating sub-contract trades, pushing for high quality standards and maintaining the expected compliance for Health & Safety.In addition to already having experience at Site or Assistant Site management level, you'll also need good communication skills, great H & S knowledge plus the usual site tickets (SMSTS, First aid at work & CSCS card).This contract, starting ASAP is envisaged to run for up to 4 months, so if you're keen to know more, please get in touch today
