Senior Quantity Surveyor Warrington CONTRACT (OUTSIDE IR35) My client specialises in refurbishment projects within heritage and restoration works. They have a steady working relationship with local authorities in the cheshire regions. They require a Senior Quantity to join the commercial team. They deliver projects from a £100,000k up to around £1.5million. These can be a good variety of works listed buildings, heritage housing, repairs. As a Quantity Surveyor you will have the following. Minimum Requirements: • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying • To prepare, negotiate, and issue final accounts and final statements • Taking bills of quantities and using up to date computerised estimating software. • To prepare Contract documents • Monitor development completion requirements This is a contract role that is OUTSIDE OF IR35 they have a steady constant workflow so can offer this on a rolling contract basis.
