Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced commercial manager to oversee multiple projects within the commercial design and build CAT A and B sectors. Projects range in value from £1m to £6m, all located in central London. The role: Manage the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring profitability and financial control. Oversee procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration. Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and to a high standard. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success. Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively. About you: Proven track record in commercial management within the CAT A and B fit-out sectors. Strong financial acumen and experience managing projects from £1m to £6m. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
