Experience Needed: HNC or Degree Qualified (Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management) OR (Experience working for a main contractor as a Trainee/Assistant Estimator or Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor Duties: Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions. Conducting quantity take-offs from construction drawings. Collaborating with senior estimators to develop project budgets. Analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure value for money. Supporting the preparation of cost plans and feasibility studies. Maintaining accurate records of tender documentation and correspondence. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Contributing to the preparation of cash flow forecasts and project financial reports.
