Job Opportunity: Audit and Review Case Officer - SEND Location: Southern England, Wiltshire Contract: 3 month temp initially, potential of extension Are you an experienced SEND Case Worker with a proven track record? Ready to make a real difference? This is your chance to join a team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people The Role: We're looking for a proactive, skilled professional to drive improvements in Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plans and processes. You'll: Assess the status of EHC needs assessments, plan quality, and annual reviews within your first month. Identify gaps in practice for individual children/young people and recommend tailored improvements. Report weekly to the SEND Improvement Lead, keeping progress on track. Present to panels (like High Cost or Preparing for Adulthood Panels) as needed. Handle complex casework when necessary, resolving challenges to move plans forward.The Essentials: A solid background in SEND casework with proven expertise. Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Confidence using the Synergy system-or willingness to train in Swindon to master it. Why Choose Ackerman Pierce?
