You will be working for a company that manufacture a range of products within the security sector and will need security clearance to work here. Responsibilities Provide hands-on support to production and service facilities. Assist Production department with movement of materials when necessary. Investigate plant failures and carry out root cause analysis and problem solving techniques to provide permanent solutions to avoid repeats. Supervise and direct contractors in both maintenance and project capacities. To minimise the costs of maintaining equipment wherever possible. Liaise with process personnel on process improvements.
