Hvac Mechanical Design Engineer

Company: Regional M&E design and build contractor, T/O c£22m who partner with blue chip / retail clients on installation projects across the UK. The Role: You will take the lead in the design of mechanical building services (HVAC services) for typically fast track retail, leisure and commercial projects with a mechanical value ranging between £100k to £600k. You will produce your own drawings using AutoCAD and either carry out calculations by hand or by a software package to create working / commercial designs. The business specialises exclusively in M&E building services and works predominantly on a partnered / negotiated works basis with several key clients in retail, leisure and commercial sectors. Their reputation is solid and have excellent staff retention. The Person: You will have a proven track record in mechanical building services design and ideally have previous experience of fast track projects. The Salary: The salary is negotiable c£50,000 and the package will include: Company car (commercial 4 wheel drive or electric) or car allowance 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays Company pension 3%/5% Development opportunities within a growing company
