Job Description

Purchasing Administrator Our bespoke client based in Halesfield in Telford, is looking for a full time temporary to permanent purchasing administrator to join their success and forward-thinking team, as they continue their expansion. You will be liaising with the purchasing team, management and other departments, to provide support and assistance with procurement activities, also in this role you will be doing quotation analysis and comparison reporting, including general purchase administration and processing of purchasing documentation and reporting as necessary. In this varied role, you will be raising orders on SAGE, controlling the purchase of items into the business and maintain the order process, obtaining authorisations for purchases, and producing timely and accurate management information, whilst promoting the companies HSE policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate - Strong IT and Analytical Skills - SAGE User (or worked on a similar system and quick learner) - 3 Years Plus Administration experience - Proven experience within a purchasing, procurement or supply chain would be advantageous - Attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.
