Competitive salary Additional leave for length of service Life Assurance and Long Service Awards Free parking, onsite canteen, and uniform provided A supportive, inclusive environment fostering growth and innovation Your Role: Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you’ll: Develop and implement health & safety policies and risk controls Conduct audits, inspections, and training to ensure regulatory compliance Investigate incidents and drive preventative measures Collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement About you: 5 years’ experience in a health & safety role in manufacturing or construction NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Full driving license (site travel required) Preferred Skills: ISO 45001 internal auditing experience Train-the-trainer certifications (manual handling, face fit, etc.) NEBOSH Diploma This role is perfect for a motivated individual ready to take ownership of safety initiatives and grow with a forward-thinking company.
