This is predominantly an office-based position, but it will also involve occasional site visits to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage cost estimates and procurement strategies for projects involving cladding. - Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with specifications. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. - Provide advice on contractual and financial matters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
