About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our residential projects. You’ll manage project costs, prepare budgets, and work closely with our teams to deliver high-quality builds efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing budgets, estimates, and cost plans. Managing project finances, from inception through to completion. Procuring and managing subcontractor packages. Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure projects remain within budget. Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure project success. What We’re Looking For: Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor is essential. Open to candidates at all levels, from junior to senior. Strong knowledge of construction processes and costs. Excellent numeracy, organizational, and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and cost management.
