Glenrothes Support Worker 1 x 37 hour contract available Earn up to £23,150.16 per year pro rata Glenrothes supports 16 people. 7 of our supported people are in the same block of flats with the rest out in the community. We support people from 17 all the way through to older adults. There are good bus transport links to the rest of Fife and the nearest train station is nearby at Markinch. Communicate and work well with individuals to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships. Carry out tasks in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and guidelines. Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
