Job Description Care Assistant Benefits: Excellent pay rates - from £12.20 to £13.20 per hour, plus £24.40 to £26.40 enhanced bank holiday rates Minimum 1 hour calls - so you have the time needed with clients Employee referral bonus programme - £100 when employed for longer than 3 months Mileage and travel time - 30p per mile Training - fully paid award winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities such as access to specialist training/ qualifications eg.
