ICT Support Technician

Our IT department are looking for an ICT Support Technician to join us on a full-time basis. The ICT Support Technician will be responsible for the on-going maintenance, enhancement, and development of our internal and external ICT systems and core infrastructure solutions. This will include ongoing monitoring, maintenance and the support of the IT infrastructure both on premise and cloud based. You will provide support to desktop, laptop, via helpdesk, calls, direct requests whilst assisting in the day to day running of the IT department. The post holder will be proactive and able to balance competing priorities whilst showing great communication skills to deliver first class IT support within our busy team. You should have experience with Microsoft 365, Cloud Based Infrastructure Solutions, Network Configuration, Remote Desktop Services and experience using Microsoft Deployment technologies.
