Play an important part in our journey We are looking for someone to join us in this new role, focused on establishing our approach to sourcing high-quality, locally-sourced products across Scotland and the North of England, strengthening our regional supply chain. In this role you will: Build strong supplier relationships to meet market demand and trends, while ensuring sustainability, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date on regional market trends to identify emerging opportunities and ensure our product range remains competitive. Negotiate favourable terms with suppliers to optimise costs while ensuring quality and sustainability standards Inspire and guide cross functional teams to achieve sourcing objectives and improve operational processes Work remotely with the need to travel around the Region (Scotland & North of England) as needed to meet with suppliers and support customer conversations We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience in product sourcing, buying or product range management Has a strong ability to negotiate contracts and build long term relationships with suppliers Is comfortable with data analysis and reporting to make informed decisions Has excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Has a commitment to quality, sustainability and supporting local suppliers Is familiar with regional producers, trends and specialties If this sounds like you, why not make our journey your journey?
