Senior Fullstack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in Belfast. Open to relocation from UK Industry: Insurance Technology (Guidewire Products) About My Client My client is a leader in the insurance technology space, specialising in innovative Guidewire solutions. They are dedicated to streamlining processes and delivering exceptional digital experiences for clients and customers in the US insurance space. About the Role We're seeking a motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join this dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about web and mobile development and eager to contribute to cutting-edge insurance tech projects. You'll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React.js , JavaScript , and other modern web development technologies. Collaborate with the team to design scalable solutions aligned with business goals. Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for a seamless customer experience. Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web and mobile app development. Requirements 5 years' experience in software development, focusing on: React.js and JavaScript . Mobile application development. Modern web development stacks. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience or knowledge of the Guidewire ecosystem or similar Insurance suites (Duckcreek etc) Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
