We’re looking for an Order Processing Assistant Location: Oxfordshire, England Salary : £27k-£29k Join a leading brand in the FMCG and retail industry, offering an exceptional selection of products and services to B2B partners. Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Assistant to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, track, and update order statuses Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched in line with SLAs Timely communication throughout the order process. Ensure customer profiles, SKU databases, and internal reports are managed accurately. Share updated reports with stakeholders Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Merchandising, Finance) to support B2B order fulfilment and forecast effectively. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience with Export process Experience in order fulfilment, with a strong understanding of retail or FMCG environments. Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating initiative and strong organisational skills.
