Responsibilities: Customer Operations: CRM maintainance and update, customer introduction process, customer offer edit and sending operations SMP and IOT; Contract management Operations: follow the HQ guidelines and assist the contract management to execute contract related processes; Data Operations: responsible for the management and execution of the daily sales data. Assisting overseas sales managers to synchronize and communicate with customers and headquarters; AR operations: Credit Note deduction and account receivable operations; Complete other tasks that the superior has explained. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above. Majored in international business, international trade, marketing, business management and other related majors; Skilled in using Office software; Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese and French; Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible and superb execution; Eager to learn and great problem-solving ability; At least 1 or 2 year working experience ( internship included ).
