Job Description

Job Description: 1.Collaborative Customer Planning and Inventory Management -Take ownership of collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment for customer product requests, ensuring a seamless process for managing customer needs and inventory; -Optimize product sales and inventory levels to support customers’ business growth and success. 2.Sales Support and Strategic Negotiation -Assist the Sales Manager in promoting Xiaomi products through advanced negotiation strategies, aligning with business objectives, and fostering strong and long-term customer partnerships. 3.Logistics and Delivery Management -Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of customer-ordered products to designated locations; -Collaborate with manufacturing, reworking, GTM, logistics, and warehousing teams to resolve delivery-related issues during the delivery process, ensuring smooth operations. 4.Localization Project Management -Lead and manage localization projects, including but not limited to new retail models, Mi Stores, and AIoT (Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things) products; -Align local initiatives with Xiaomi HQ and national strategies to ensure consistent and successful project execution. 5.Profit Optimization -Employ a profit-driven mindset to analyze and refine delivery costs, implementing strategies that maximize Xiaomi’s profitability. 6.Comprehensive Inventory Control -Manage full-category inventory allocated to customers at both HQ and local levels, ensuring no overstocking or stockouts; -Proactively alert sales managers to address redundancy issues and maintain balanced inventory levels to meet business needs. 7.Communication and Coordination -Establish and maintain effective communication mechanism between HQ and regional/country teams; -Facilitate the accurate and timely flow of critical delivery-related information to enable smooth business operations. Position Requirements: 1.Industry Expertise -5 years of experience in planning and delivery operations, or supply chain management within the 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics) product industry; process digitization is a plus. 2.Project Management Proficiency -Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-regional projects effectively, delivering successful outcomes in complex environments. 3.Educational Background -Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference for candidates with expertise in supply chain, project management, process digitization or related fields. 4.Communication and Language Skills -Outstanding communication skills, fluent in French and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly in multicultural environments. 5.Data Analysis Expertise -Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize processes. 6.Multilingual Proficiency -Proficient in English, French, and Chinese as working languages, enabling effective communication across diverse teams and regions.
