About Our Client: Our client is well established global organization that offers products and solutions in the workzone safety space. Position Scope: As a result of our client’s continued growth, they are seeking a high-performing, dedicated, and passionate Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding business in Ontario and Quebec. This position combines business development and account management , with a focus on building strong relationships with contractors and driving sales growth through a mix of site visits, client presentations, and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Call on prospective clients, focusing on construction job sites and general contractors, to introduce products and services. Build relationships with key decisions-makers to grow the client base and develop new opportunities within the assigned territory. Leverage warm leads in the CRM system to generate interest and convert prospects into customers. Schedule and conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations. Provide presentations and training to stakeholders as needed to support product adoption and implementation. Provide regular updates to management regarding overall performance, progress towards sales targets, and market insights. Achieve sales growth and profitability targets through effective territory management and client engagement. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct monthly meetings to review progress, forecasts, and budgets. Required Skills and Knowledge: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in industrial or construction settings. Strong business acumen with the ability to think independently and strategically. Excellent relationship-building skills with an ethical approach to client interactions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Highly organized and adept at time management, multitasking, and problem-solving. Resilient and comfortable handling rejection in a competitive sales environment. Self-starter with a drive to success and a team player mindset. Fully proficient in English and French. Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree or diploma, preferably in business Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with recent experience in industrial or construction sales being an asset. Familiarity with construction industry and comfort working on job sites. Experience in managing key accounts and achieving/exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools is an asset. Strong track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Willingness and ability to travel across Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
