Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our client’s growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering and Project Execution, this full-time role is based in Calgary. The Project Manager will oversee multi-million-dollar projects and ensure successful execution through excellent communication and collaboration with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project engineers and drafting teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Review and interpret manufacturing drawings, contracts, technical specifications, and design codes. Support purchasing and production teams as needed to meet project objectives. Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and sub-contractor bid packages. Communicate regularly with customer commercial and technical representatives. Provide monthly progress updates to customers and quarterly financial reports to the leadership team. Manage multi-disciplinary activities throughout the project lifecycle, including design, fabrication, site installation, commissioning, and equipment startup. Required Skills and Experience Technical degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, PMP designation considered an asset. 5-10 years of experience in project management within an equipment fabrication environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and design codes. Familiarity with ASME codes and standards.
