Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a qualified Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to lead the Technical solutions and strategies as a part of a Oracle Payroll implementation for a Canadian client. You will be joining the team of a Global Consulting client in a client-facing, technical role. This opportunity will begin in the design phase of the project and will require strengths in assessing clients technical infrastructure, defining integration strategies and bringing client to success. This role will be mostly remote but there will be an emphasis on building client relationships through visiting client site in person. This will be about a 25% commitment as per client needs over the duration of the contract. Must Haves Experience as a lead for at least 3 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. 5-10 years of experience in leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud suite and other Oracle ERP Cloud Products (i.e., Financials). Experience leading workshops, assessing client infrastructure, defining solutions and integration strategies. Excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple, dynamic priorities and deliverables. Plusses Experience working in public sector or with municipalities in Canada. Bilingual in French and English.
