Job Title: Recruitment Manager Department: Human Resources About Us: My client is a large corporate company with a regional branch based in Philippi, Cape Town. A full background check and clear criminal record is required for this position and will be checked by my client. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role will have a strong focus on managing bulk recruitment initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including: Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, and company website). Conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews. Coordinating interview schedules and logistics. Conducting background checks and reference verifications, including criminal checks. Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages. Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns, including: Developing and implementing recruitment plans for high-volume hiring needs. Overseeing the recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously. Managing a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and timely recruitment. Tracking and analysing key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate). Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments. Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on managing high-volume hiring initiatives. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
