Well, let's dive right in: Left and right hand of finance manager, member of the regional finance team, and implement the group, regional and BU strategy. Collaborates with external agencies in preparation financial statements and tax filing and other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely and correct supply of information. Assist in set-up information system and functioning of the BU planning & control-processes, administrative organization, internal controls. Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the BU operations. Assist in Tax compliance and planning. Your profile All good, that sounded great right? Now let’s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you: Bachelor degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent. 2 years of experience in auditing firms or multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with multinational corporation. Solid foundation in accounting. Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing; Mandarin is a plus. Basic knowledge in SAP and other ERP business applications. Business acumen, analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills. Team player with good interpersonal skills, able to build networks within the organization and manage changes.
