This role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a procurement function, ensuring best practices and effective management across the company's operations in both Italian and international markets. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of a comprehensive procurement plan for the Group, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier performance to meet quality and cost objectives. Drive cost savings and process improvements by identifying and implementing best practices in procurement activities. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs. Conduct market research and price forecasts to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, metrics, and cost savings to senior management. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 6 years of international experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the energy sector. Proven expertise in managing complex contracts and high-value negotiations. Fluency in Italian and English.
