What are we looking for? We are looking for a Global Payroll Project Specialist who works for our team in Nuremberg. YOUR TASKS You will be responsible for the support of our global payroll clients Implementation of existing and onboarding of new international clients on our global HR platform "Parrot" Monitoring of the "Parrot" dashboard Training of clients and colleagues, regular information about updates Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external software providers Calculation of cross-border payroll projects Transparent and independent way of working Quality management and quality assurance Advancing digital collaboration solutions within our BPO Payroll services Active collaboration in an international team and constantly growing area YOUR PROFILE Interest in supporting international clients Completed business education Professional experience in the area of payroll accounting Knowledge of income tax and social insurance law Knowledge of Datev and/or SAP – nice to have Friendly and confident demeanour, communication and team skills as well as reliability Enjoy organising, analytical skills and an independent and structured way of working Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation Confident handling of MS Office High quality awareness Interest in and understanding of medium-sized companies At least business fluent in English YOUR BENEFITS Work on international projects - opportunity to develop your language skills in everyday work Language courses (English/German) Stable employment based on an employment contract or B2B Latest technologies Hybrid work model Two additional days off per year (Good Friday, Christmas Eve) Benefit package, including private medical care, group insurance psychological support program, cafeteria system and lunch card
