Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Dialysis - PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) Job Duration: 8-week contract with an option to extend Shift: 10-hour days, 3 days per week, floating between two clinics Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Must-Have: Familiarity with Baxter products Job Description: - Immediate need for a Peritoneal Dialysis nurse. - Position involves serving two clinics, with primary duties in one clinic. - Manage care for 11 patients across both clinics. - Clinics are approximately an hour apart. - The role requires flexibility to work in both clinic locations. - Provide patient care and education in a post-acute setting. - Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. - Support and educate patients and families on care and treatment plans. - Participate in clinic meetings and continued education sessions. - Ability to float between clinics as needed.
