The Role: Leading by example as part of a dynamic, small team Producing a range of bakery goods while upholding rigorous quality standards. Working within a company renowned for its exceptional customer service and high-quality products, serving clients across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire. What Were Looking For: A passionate and experienced baker (minimum of 1 year in a similar role). Solid knowledge of bakery production, techniques, and HACCP protocols. A proactive team player with attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards. Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (D.O.E), based on a 45-hour working week (5 days).
