Leading multiple projects valued from £30M - £100M across the M4 corridor, you'll drive technical excellence and innovation while managing relationships with key stakeholders. This is a strategic position reporting directly to the Technical Director, with responsibility for establishing technical standards across the region and mentoring the next generation of construction leaders. With a robust pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality, our client has demonstrated consistent growth over the past decade. They maintain an impressive order book and are known for their commitment to sustainable construction methods and digital innovation. Their projects have won multiple industry awards for design excellence and sustainability. We're seeking candidates with chartered status (MCIOB/MICE) and demonstrated experience delivering complex projects. You'll have a strong technical background, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Experience with modern methods of construction and digital delivery would be advantageous.
